Pea, Banana & Mint Ice Cream

  • 4 frozen sliced bananas
  • 1 handful fresh mint
  • 250g frozen peas
  • ½ lime, juice only
  • 2 tablespoons agave syrup (or honey)
  • Pinch toasted fennel seeds
Mix all the ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Serve immediately or freeze for later.
